These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bet.100 ("bet.100," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bet.100 website, mobile web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the bet.100 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the bet.100 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.

bet.100 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized use prior to your notification to us. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — are your responsibility until you have formally notified us of unauthorized access.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Allowing another individual to access your account, or accessing another individual's account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet.100 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in any game or system;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bet.100 staff or other Players.

bet.100's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your bet.100 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet.100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; (b) the account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms; (c) the account has been dormant for more than twelve (12) consecutive months; or (d) regulatory requirements demand it.

Upon account termination for cause, bet.100 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination is not the result of Player misconduct, verified remaining balances will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The bet.100 Platform is operated in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact bet.100 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If no resolution is reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI), or as otherwise required by applicable PAGCOR dispute procedures.

bet.100 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
